Materials and Techniques

Notes: Required of all art education majors. Not open to freshmen A study of the materials and methods relative to teaching the visual arts as they pertain to the Early Childhood Licensure. Emphasis will be on how the visual arts may aid in the childs physical social, emotional, cognitive and creative development. The student will be actively engaged in the areas of design, painting, printmaking and other projects both two and three dimensional in nature
