Legal, Ethical and Multicultural Issues
The course will involve an examination of the major legal issues involved in mental health practice. Including are insanity, involuntary commitment, confidentiality and the duty to warn and the Ethical Principles of the Psychologist as they apply to the conduct of clinical practice with culturally diverse clients and scientific research
