Statistics

The purpose of this course is to present key concepts from a non-calculus point of view in descriptive statistics, probability, discrete and continuous distributions, regression and correlation analysis and modeling, sampling distributions, confidence intervals and hypothesis tests for one and two population parameters, and one-way analysis of variance. Applications will be in a wide variety of fields. Technology integration will be restricted to the ones used in the scientific community
