Principles of Music Technology
Students will expand upon their knowledge of music technology, including an introduction to MIDI. This course also includes a survey of music recording and reproduction hardware and software, addressing such topics as microphones, stereo recording techniques, audio editing and mixing in digital audio workstation software, and audio plugins.
