Editing for Publication

This course is not only for would-be editors but also for all writers and communicators seeking both practical and philosophical/ethical skills to edit others’ writing as well as their own. Students will evaluate content, organization, style, market audience, grammar and punctuation of a variety of genres. Students will also develop a philosophy of editing, including editorial judgment and ethics.
