Voice and Speech for the Actor

Students will investigate and discover their vocal instruments, expanding vocal qualities, range, power, freedom and control. Students will also explore techniques in analyzing and speaking various texts in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. Students will learn the international phonetic alphabet and apply it to American Standard Speech.
