Perspectives on Social Work Research I

Introduction to the philosophy and methodology of science; acquaints the student with research techniques, strategies, and resources; develops critical readership ability; promotes consumership of research findings in social-work practice; instructs in the ethical and political considerations which are inherent in research. This course also provides students with skills to develop field research proposals.
