Applied and Evaluation Research Methods

Quantitative and qualitative techniques and strategies for designing, conducting, and analyzing applied social research questions. Includes self-report data from structured interviews, sample surveys, and field-note data from participant and non-participant observation. Students will also learn to apply these techniques to community needs assessments, program evaluations, and other applied research projects.
