Strategic Management of Nursing and Health System Resources

This course focuses on effective strategies to manage human and financial resources within complex health systems. Students will develop the skills and knowledge to perform a variety of functions related to financial and human resource management. Key concepts such as workforce development, budgeting, strategic management, reimbursement, and forecasting economic and marketing factors are explored for decision-making.
