Methods of Evidence-Based Practice for the Advanced Practice Nurse
This course will explore the philosophical underpinnings for nursing knowledge relevant to the role of the DNP graduate. Students will apply processes for identifying current best evidence, including formulation of PICOT question, systematic review of the literature and critical evaluation of the literature to determine the level of evidence. Students will begin to conceptualize their scholarly project.
