Medical Surgical Nursing II/Clinical

Focuses on the use of the nursing process in acute care settings to plan care for adults from young adulthood to old age who have acute health problems as a result of stressors. Emphasis is on developing the student's ability to provide secondary preventive care. Psychomotor skills are learned in a skills laboratory prior to performance in a clinical setting.
