Structure of Materials
Basic principles which determine the atomic, and crystal structures of materials are studied. Topics include instrumental and structural analysis techniques, evolution of microstructures (phases/phase diagram), processing (diffusive, solidification, and mechanical working) techniques, and the influence of processing on microstructure.
