Statics for Engineering Technology

Pre orIntroductory level statics. Analysis of static equilibrium of trusses and frames including forces in members and joints. Section and mass properties, friction, centroids, moment of inertia, radius of gyration and virtual work. Laboratory work will consist of experiments that reinforce the theory (lectures).
