ESE 514

Curriculum & Interventions For Infants & Young Children W Special Needs

Examination of developmentally and exceptionality appropriate approaches to early intervention services as well as preschool and primary grade special education. Content includes general and individualized (e.g., IFSPs and IEPs) curricular issues, intervention strategies, and instructional approaches. Required for licensure as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist. This course requires 35 hours of daytime field experience.
