Introduction to Nanotechnology

The objective of this course is to expose graduate students to the bourgeoning field of nanotechnology. The course is designed for students from different disciplines of engineering, science and related fields. The course surveys various areas of nanotechnology, including nanoscale materials, fabrication of nanostructures and their characterization techniques, nanoscale and molecular electronics, nanoelectromechanical systems, nanobiotechnology, and safety issues.
