Language Arts in Middle School

Critical exploration and analysis of student-centered methods that encourage integrated study of the language arts. Areas of study include pragmatic and theoretical aspects of reading, writing, listening, and oral language development during early adolescence - especially as they apply to the selection of objectives, strategies, and materials for instruction and the evaluation of pupil progress.
