CVE 374

Environmental Engineering Lab

Course must be taken concurrently with CVE 371. The objective of the laboratory course is to demonstrate the application of basic chemistry, biology and thermodynamics to environmental engineering, laboratory methods and interpretation of result to provide the student with a strong fundamental understanding of environmental engineering issues and engineering solutions The laboratory course will supplement and help demonstrate the application of the fundamental science concepts required to understand and solve environmental engineering issues. Students will learn basic sampling, laboratory methods and data analysis techniques as applied to treatment and remediation designs.
