Advanced Reporting and Editing

Development of advanced information-gathering skills for the media, with an emphasis on the use of public records, observational techniques, electronic data bases, and interviewing techniques. Covers various public and urban affairs contexts for the media, and some specialized writing forms, including writing features and writing for the Internet.
