Legal & Ethical Issues in Treating Drug Dependence
Provides an overview of the ethical and legal codes pertaining to addictions, counselors, and drug dependence. This course assumes a general knowledge of ethics in the helping professions as covered in CNS 517 and elaborates on the Ohio Revised Code 4758-8-01 Code of Ethics for chemical dependency counselors.
