Pharmaceutical Analysis Laboratory

This course provides hands-on experience for the major instrumentation and techniques used in the analysis of pharmaceuticals and biopharmaceuticals. The laboratory experiments involve the analysis of drug molecules by atomic emission spectroscopy, fluorometry, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry, as well as methods of sample preparation.
