Applied Business Statistics

Application of statistical methods to business problems; topics include descriptive statistics (tabular, graphical, and numerical measures), elementary probability, discrete and continuous random variables and probability distributions (normal, standard normal and 't' distributions); interval estimation and hypothesis testing about a single population mean and proportion, and simple linear regression.
