Planning Programs for Adult Learners

Theoretical and practical approaches to designing, planning, promoting, implementing, and evaluating programs, workshops, and curriculums for adult learners. Analysis and practice of theories, principles, and methods of planning programs, assessment needs, establishing program objectives, and critically designing and evaluating programs in various facets of adult education in business, educational and social service organizations.
